This Return and Refund Policy applies to digital self-management guides purchased from Filterghwipe through filterghwipe.world.
1. Digital products
All guides are delivered as downloadable PDF files via email. Because digital files can be copied upon download, refunds are handled carefully to balance fairness with content protection.
2. Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if:
- You have not downloaded the complete guide package, or
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description on our Guides page.
Refunds are generally not available once the full guide has been downloaded and accessed, except where required by applicable state consumer protection law.
3. How to request a refund
Email customer@filterghwipe.world with your order confirmation number, purchase date, and reason for the request. You may also call (732) 508-9576 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM ET). We respond within three business days.
4. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

6. Chargebacks
